I love this drink…. everyone should have a go. Years ago we made a batch and forgot it for the year. When it was discovered in a dark corner of the loft, most of the sugar had turned to alcohol. Thank goodness we had fitted champagne corks to the champers bottles. One July evening we sat in the garden and decided to open it up… BANG!! the cork sailed COMPLETELY over the roof and landed in the road at the front of the house! Success? Yep, uber fantastic!
